Fall Fest – 2020
In 2020, the pandemic affected everyone in one way or another. For Fall Festival 2020, this impact left us to move forward with the festival while following social distancing guidelines. The staff decided on a pop-up 53rd Fall Festival. We offered our festival food favorites with pre-sales, held a silent auction and streamed our raffle on Facebook. Our donors were so supportive! Annual Adopt-A-Resident Holiday Program
Make the Holidays Happier this season for a Care Center Resident! The Care Center is seeking individuals to “Adopt-A-Resident” to make a resident’s holiday wishes come true. The DuPage Care Center serves over 300 residents, ages 18-100+ years old who are without financial means, and with physical challenges that require full-time skilled nursing and rehabilitative care. These residents call the Care Center “home” and this program brings joy to their holidays. Adopters receive a list of holiday gifts for the resident.
